Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is an action adventure film featuring DC Comic characters Batman and Superman which is set to open be released by Warner Brothers on May 6, 2016. The film is intended to be the follow-up to the 2013 film Man of Steel will be directed Zack Snyder.
The films stars Henry Cavill in the role of Clark Kent/ Superman, Ben Affleck as Bruce Wayne/Batman, Gal Gadot as Diana Prince/Wonder Woman, Jeremy Irons as Alfred, with Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne and Diane Lane returning from "Man of Steel," and Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor. I had the honor of meeting Jesse Eisenberg as he was filming this movie, when I attended the Ford Trends Conference in Detroit and took the opportunity to tell him what a big fan of his that I am and explained why as an actress I appreciate his acting skills. I even mentioned to him that I was from the Bronx and he told me that he was from Queens, but since I didn't want to hog too much of his time; I made sure to keep the conversation short, but to this day appreciate how kind he was to me that night. This encounter made me anticipate the release of this film even more, just a couple more months I keep telling myself as I realize 2016 is around the corner now.
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is th e first live-action film to feature both Batman and Superman, as well as the first theatrical film to feature live-action portrayals of Wonder Woman , Aquaman , Cyborg and The Flash . #SCORE I personally can't wait to see how both of these heroes, their stories and allies clash and come together on the big screen.
