The Hallmark Channel won’t air When Calls The Heart Sunday due to the network severing ties with actress Lori Loughlin.
The Crown Media company made the announcement hours after cutting ties with the actress, who allegedly bribed her daughter’s way into USC.

The network announced Thursday that it will not air a new episode of the heartland family drama that was slated for Sunday while it evaluates “all creative options.” According to a source close to the show, a likely option being explored is to edit out Loughlin’s character. None of the scenarios currently being discussed have Hallmark is cancelling When Calls the Heart, which is the network’s highest-rated original series.
Loughlin’s character Abigail Stanton was an important figure on the show. She was the town’s Mayor and a source of strength for others in Hope Valley.
