Mumbai: The instant messaging application that Meta has, WhatsApp now brings new features to hide your profile image, status update, and some other information from people.
In general, you can choose between displaying your profile images, the last visible details, and status updates for everyone, all your contacts, or nothing at all. The new update added the “contact my contact option except …” only here.
Previously, WhatsApp announced that they launched many features for group calls. This application will now let the user give a certain person in a call. However, it is not clear whether the right to be mute will be given to all participants or only the group admin. Likewise, users will also be able to send messages to certain people during the call. This application has also launched a new indicator that will make it easier for users to see when more people join the call.
