Prom season is creeping upon us, and the big question is much bigger than the hair, the car, or even the date, it’s what are you going to wear? Here at Fashion Visual we love Prom season and all the gorgeous gowns that come with it. We have decided to put together a Prom dress inspiration guide to help you answer that all important question, and stand out from the crowd looking fabulous!

These days it does not matter if your dress is long or short, choose something which appeals to you the most, and something you will feel most comfortable in, after all, Prom is a stepping stone into the adult world, so you want to feel your absolute best when you step into it.

Being inspired by something you have seen on the catwalks or on the red carpet is a great place to start. We have seen some absolutely amazing dresses over the past few months, with both the spring/summer 2013 fashion weeks and award season red carpets; there were no limits to where fashion and style could take us this Prom season.

Top high street stores such as Topshop and online retailers such as Designer Desirables have definitely taken inspiration from the latest fashion in creating their Prom dresses for the upcoming season. So weather you plan on buying something from the high street, or from a designer, or even if you are planning to have something made especially for you, we at The Fashion Visuals have pulled together our favourite looks inspired from this years catwalks and red carpets to help you decide.
