“What…?” Wednesday: Book to Movie Conversion

By Appraisingpages @appraisjngpages

We really want to start encouraging more discussion and commenting on the blog, the whole reason we started it and our favorite part is talking with fellow bookworms and bibliophiles about what makes the writing world go ’round.

So here’s the idea: we’re starting a weekly question-and-answer feature called “What…? Wednesday” where we ask a simple question related to books or bookworm life that starts with “What” and you can answer in the comments or on your own blog!  We can swap answers back and forth, it’ll be simple fun to get the conversation going!

Here’s our first question:

What do you think is the most accurate book-to-movie conversion?

Why are we asking this, you ask?  Because tonight The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones comes out and we’re excited for all of you Shadowhunters!  Honestly, we weren’t the biggest fans of the books but that makes us even more excited for the movie because it can only go up from here

;)

964279 - The Mortal Instruments

Did you any of you Shadowhunters see the movie last night at midnight?  Are you planning on seeing it this weekend?

What do you think is the most accurate book-to-movie conversion from Hollywood?  Sound off in the comments!
