What To Pack For A Fall AdventureFall is finally starting to trickle into the southern states and we couldn't be more excited to see the leaves change colors, the crisp air ( thank you Atlanta ) and bringing out some cute fall boots! Of course with a new season now in session, that leaves my little family and I sometime to want to explore the outdoors before it gets too chilly out! So what do we need on our little adventure?
1. A Camera - I never leave home without my phone or my camera but that doesn't mean I need to be behind the lens or on my phone the entire time either. Try and find a balance between being in the moment with your family and capturing them as best you can! Don't forget to try and be in the picture as well!
2. Water - Adventures can last anywhere from 2 to 20 minutes and my toddler and I never know what to expect while we are gone. Of course we need to stay hydrated so I pack a few small bottles of water to carry with us. Regardless of if we are hiking the small trails behind our house, or the mountains, our bodies crave and need water so make sure to carry and drink as much as possible!

I tend to pack a few things to munch on like raisins, trail mix, fresh fruit like oranges and sliced apples. I have to say our favorite snack to enjoy together is yogurt and one that's easy to carry like Stonyfield Organic YoKids yogurt!

What makes Stonyfield® Organic YoKids® yogurt the #1 organic kids yogurt brand? They recently announced a sugar reduction across it's yogurt portfolio- and it started with  YoKids, featuring between 25% - 40% less sugar than the leading kids’ yogurt. I also love that the yogurts are certified organic and Non- GMO Project verified, that means each cup is always made without the use of toxic persistent pesticides, artificial hormones, antibiotics and GMOs!

I also love that it's available in various formats- cups, pouches, smoothies and tubes! Whatever the adventure- you know we'll be ready with our yogurt in hand!
4. Comfortable Shoes - When roaming the backyard, the trails or even just our neighborhood, comfortable shoes are there to keep our feet dry, safe and above all, comforted while we walk around. I recently just purchased a few new comfortable sneakers to wear for myself and for Lily so we won't be sore after a few minutes!
