What Makes Toxicity Tick?

Some people who are in toxic relationships, whether it is a platonic friendship, or a romantic partnership, usually cannot handle being alone.

They seek attention even if it is bad attention.

To them, bad attention is better than no attention at all.

Toxic people who are together feed off of one another’s negativity. Sometimes to the point of encouraging, and finding their own behavior accepted, welcomed, and promoted among each other.

They are crazy!

Some toxic people associate abuse with love, similar to the way certain women believe that a man has no love for them if they do not physically beat them.

What these people and people alike need to realize is that things such as jealousy or abuse do not stem from a place of love or reason.

Warped minds see things from a morbid perspective.
