What It Takes To Win - AT&T Pro-Am

It shouldn't have come as a huge surprise to see Brandt Snedeker fighting for a victory this past weekend, following his two previous tournaments where he finished runner up.  I had him pegged as the favorite in my 'AT&T Pro-Am - Fantasy Picks' post last week, and was really happy to see him get a well earned victory.

Let's take a closer look at the breakdown of Brandts tournament and what it took to win the AT&T Pro-Am...

• Round 1: 66 (4 under) - 6 Birdies, 10 Pars, 2 Bogeys
• Round 2: 68 (4 under) - 4 Birdies, 14 Pars
• Round 3: 68 (4 under) - 6 Birdies, 10 Pars, 2 Bogeys
• Round 4: 65 (7 under) - 1 Eagle, 6 Birdies, 10 Pars, 1 Bogey
• Total: 19 under par - 1 Eagles, 22 Birdies, 44 Pars, 5 Bogey

Brandt played a pretty consistent event, with almost a slow and steady approach.  I'm always impressed to see how players are able to handle to pressure that comes along with the spotlight, especially on the final Sunday round.  Brandt was able to keep his cool and shot his lowest round of the tournament on Sunday.  
Brandt isn't one of the longest hitters off the tee, with an average driving distance of 277.4 yards, had him T41.  But what he lacked in distance, he made up for in accuracy, hitting nearly 80% off all fairways off the tee.  Have a look...
