Free Planet is an often-inspirational time-vocation for me so I'll stick my neck out and say, "The Celtic (p~ or q~ variant) or Khumric language doesn't feel right for an Atlantic-coastal Younger Dryas tongue," it's got too much mid-European, Mediterranean or western-flung PIE stuck to its face.
The (Giant) Nephilim or Annunaki were charlatans, traitors, con-merchants...
The Bible and the Myths & Legends of both the Irish and the Sumerians and Vedas tell of a Giant Race of People arriving in ships that floated in the air... maybe it was something as simple as hot-air or something as clever as some for of anti-gravity or nuclear power. They were pale imitations of the so-called Alien Visitors they sold themselves as but they convinced the far-more-numerous and gullible Early People to do all their digging work for them, for their fabled GSP or Golden Sky Project.
Monuments like Ring of Brodgar, Stonehenge and Avebury constructed in Ancient Briton tell of the size, hierarchy and number of these Worshipped Giant Con-artists in the respective slave regions and the monument of Carnac (in France) points directly to their TWO HOMES across or within the Atlantic Ocean - there'll be a coded message in the stones, and more, a Song of the Ancients containing all of their superior scientific knowledge.
