Guess what surprise ingredient gives this vegan “icecream” its creamy, rich, and decadent texture? Does the picture give it away? If you guessed Avocado, you win. I think avocados deserve some sort of award, a stand ovation, or something for being such a awesomely amazing super food. Is it a vegetable or a fruit? Are avocados fattening?
