What Can I Give God? – Second Response to the Question

The question was asked again: “What can I give God?” So herewith is the answer provided once anew with greater clarity. Love Him! That is all our beautiful and mighty Father ever wanted from us; no more, no less. All God ever desired, in the depths of His Divine Heart, was for us His creation, His little children, to love Him genuinely as Father. Thus love Him “with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength and with all your mind” (cf. Dt 6:5; Mt 22:37; Lk 10:27). If you do not yet feel such love for Him, ask Him – plead with Him, beg Him – to place that kind of love for Him in your heart and soul. Our Father will grant the grace because it is what He always desired. Moreover, when you love our Father in the said manner, He will also put such love in your heart that you will find yourself unable to help truly loving your neighbors as yourself (ibid.)
