In today's world, we want to make things simple for companies looking for talents and talents looking for work. I created Backlinkfy to help small businesses find affordable digital marketing services from dedicated experts.
Since 2016 Backlinkfy has been working with entrepreneurs, small businesses and other entities to ensure that they have an optimum visibility online and mobile. Working through this process, I realized the demand for project based jobs and tasks - including seasonal, full-time and part-time projects, so I created a simple but intuitive job listings and search portal tool to serve both employers and job seekers on one easy to use platform.

If the initial job search returns an overwhelming number of results, job seekers can always refine their search easily. Refining the results allows your job seekers to identify exactly the jobs they need.
Get job alerts
If experts don’t find a perfect job right away, they can sign up for job alerts. Once new jobs that match job seeker’s criteria, our system will send an email alert with relevant job offers straight into job seeker’s inbox.
Simple application process
Job seekers go through a simple application. In WorkTipper, to apply for a job - all you need to do is attach a resume file and write a small cover letter, skills listings, with your contact details and click submit. Save your profile for one-click submissions.
Multiple Resumes
WorkTipper gives candidates a chance to create multiple resumes that can increase their chances of success. The platform lets experts easily build as many resumes online as they need and save them within their profile for easy access on any device.
WorkTipper for Companies/Employers
It's painful when you need to hire/contract an expert, so WorkTipper makes it easier to post your projects or jobs to multiple jobs listings platforms including WorkTipper. Your listings get syndicated to our network of jobs sites that will increase your chances of finding the right expert within a short period of time.

Entrepreneurs/Companies/Employers can easily post jobs on WorkTipper in seconds. Employers can also choose to receive applications by email or redirect applicants to a certain URL to complete the application process. If all those options are not simple enough, well employers can also track all candidate applications in their intuitive dashboard.
Company Profile Page
Employers can create a company profile page where they can upload a logo, add a link to their website and post any other information to attract more applicants. This page will display all active jobs posted by the company and will also have all applicants.
Resume/Profile Search
WorkTipper has a smart keyword search system that carefully scans each candidate’s profile and each listing for the right keywords, so that employers can always find the best candidates with the right skills set.
Company/Employer Dashboard
With WorkTipper, Employers have all the necessary tools to manage their jobs, see stats by job views, see all expert applications per job listings and manage profile settings in their dashboard seamlessly.
