Who says dieting and healthy living recipes need to be filled with stuff like vegetables and fruit in order to be actual healthy foods? There are recipes out there that you can make that can still satisfy your sweet tooth, like this yummy gooey peanut butter chocolate brownies recipe and all of its surprisingly healthy ingredients below.
Instead of using fatty ingredients that would normally be found in most sweets these days, especially if you're buying them straight from the grocery store, you can replace everything with much better alternatives that still taste very yummy. Because we all know that sometimes a "healthy" brownie or cookie might not have any flavor at all!

- The milk used to make these brownies have both the perfect balance of gooey and fluffy. It is also fat free, instead of being full bodied and potentially fattening. This is true for both the milk and the condensed milk.

You will need the following ingredients to make these peanut butter and chocolate brownies without the huge calorie intake:
- 3/4 cup fat free condensed milk
- 1/4 cup of butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup of fat free milk
- One (about 18.25 ounces) of packaged devil food's cake mix
- One large egg white
- Can of cooking spray
- One (about 7 ounces) jar of marshmallow crème
- 1/2 cup of peanut butter morsels/chips
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°.
- Add ¼ cup condensed milk, butter, milk, devil food’s cake mix and egg white into a bowl and mix. (NOTE: The batter is going to be stiff – that’s okay).
- Coat a 13 x 9 in. baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Flour your hands and press 2/3 of the batter into the pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 350°.
- While baking, add the rest of the condensed milk and marshmallow crème into a bowl and mix. Stir in the peanut butter chips.
- Spread this marshmallow mix over the baked brownie layer. Then take spoonfuls of the remaining brownie batter and add to the top of the marshmallow mix.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350° and get ready to indulge your tastebuds!
