See/Hear/Read
I am heading out of town without much time to delve into what I am reading and watching so a quick rundown:
- Watching: Fallout (Amazon Prime). Very graphic, dark humor, but I like it.
- Watched: Boy Kills World (Hulu). I saw the description and immediately knew my husband would love it. A Skarsgård (Bill) starring as a deaf and mute killing machine trained by a shaman, vowing revenge on the dystopian leader who killed his family. I didn't expect to find it so incredibly well done and enjoyable. Warning, it is incredibly violent but the story of Boy and his sister and Skarsgård's facial expressions totally made this charming.
- Reading: The Women by Kristin Hannah. I'm listening to the audiobook on Libby; it's about a young woman of privilege who signs up to be an Army nurse during Vietnam.
- Want to Watch: The [M] Factor, a documentary on menopause airing on PBS October 17th. Learn more at this link.
