This series portrays the lead character, Wednesday Adams, played by Jenna Ortega. The nature of Wednesday Adams has a psychic ability to see the future or the past. Synopsis of Wednesday Season 1:
Wednesday Season 1 was released on the OTT platform Netflix On 23rd September 2022. It became one of the most-watched web series in 2022 from its release date and is very popular. It has the perfect horror and mystery to it. The first season of Wednesday portrays Wednesday Adams, a teenager who is unable to feel happiness and much of emotions and struggles to fit in anywhere. She changed many schools until her parents decided to send her to Nevermore Academy, the perfect school where she could fit in and make friends.
The Principal Weems of the Nevermore Academy accepts her due to her parents’ history in the school. Wednesday starts to befriend a townie boy named Tyler Galpin, son of Sheriff Galpin, who tries to track down a monster endangering the town of Jericho. Wednesday got her roommate Enid, a werewolf who later became her best friend. She is attacked by a serial killer monster in the woods and tries to figure out who the real monster is.
Later in the series, she explores the school and tries to find out the dark past and the real monster, while she unintentionally gets into a Love triangle with Tyler and Xavier (her school classmate). She also suspects Xavier as the monster due to many circumstances but later finds out the real monster is Tyler at the end of the series.
She also found through her psychic ability a pilgrim ancestor who hates the outcasts who want to end the Nevermore Academy, and she bravely fought and defeated the Pilgrim man.

Will there be a Season 2 of Wednesday?
After the first season of Wednesday was a huge hit and success that made all the fans fall in love with this series, the makers and co-shower runner of the Wednesday series and Netflix have officially announced its comeback and renewal for Wednesday season 2 in January 2023.
