My experience- I had placed an order on Friday, 3rd Jun'16 ,for Redmi Note 3,order Id-OD306175048872512000 ,which was going to be delivered by Jun 14, 2016.
After so many follow up's with the customer care today I received a mail stating -"Greetings from Flipkart.com!

We are sorry to let you know that the delivery of your Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 with the above order has been delayed as the seller (WS Retail) ran out of stock for it soon after you placed the order.
The seller is expecting new stock for the phone early next week and they will ship it to you once that happens. You will receive another email and SMS when the phone is shipped.
We assure you that we are working with our sellers to minimize such instances in future and hope you will understand."
From last 10 days my order was placed & was waiting for processing.
My Point is when you people knew ,that you people ran out of stock ,you should have informed me previously ,now after almost 10 days ,you are informing this??What kind of professionalism is this,when you do not stick to your own words.Procs-Free easy return.Online cancellation.Available on appEMI facilty CODCons-They do not deliver in NCR(Delhi)Delay in service.No information is provided at the right time.Final Take-I have cancelled my order,lets see ,when I get the refund .The review is 100% true based on my personal experience,thought the experience may vary from person to person.RATE-2.5/5
