Do you agree or disagree with the message of the song? I personally think putting makeup on doesn’t necessarily make one a “trying hard” person who just wants to fit in. And no, I don’t wear makeup for anyone else. I do it for myself. I get that Colbie probably just wanted to boost our self-confidence, but for me this song came out stereotyping women in such a bad way.
