Disney first gave us promo pics and now it has released a teaser trailer for the Ava Duvernay directed, “A Wrinkle In Time” starring Oprah Winfrey, Reese Witherspoon and Mindy Kaling.
The entire cast, along with DuVernay were at the biannual Disney fan expo, D23, to promote the film, where they also showed the teaser trailer.
D23 is taking place this weekend at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California, where on Friday night one of the film stars, Oprah Winfrey was honored with a Disney Legend Award. During her acceptance speech, Lady O said ABC, “let me be me!”
“Since 1984, when we launched ‘The Oprah Winfrey Show,’ everyday Disney/ ABC 7 let me be me,” Winfrey said. “More than anything, being a legend … is about the common experience that we all share. And every day on that show, I was able to tell common stories.”
