Watch: Commuter Jumps Down And Saves Man Stuck On 600 Volt Railway Track

A Chicago man has been praised as a savior when he jumps in action without caring for his own life, to save a man trapped in an electric path that sends 600 volts of currents through his body. The savior, identified as Tony Perry, was a 20 -year -old Chicago resident invited to a ceremony after risking his life.

Records of the incident had become viral, with a video initially showing a body that was unconscious of a man while lying on the rail. Perry then jumped down and tried to free the man while the observers told him to be careful because he could be surprised by just touching him. He then managed to move the body very carefully out of the rails.

In an interview with CBS News, Perry said, “That person has no control over his body … I did hear someone say when I was on the track, ‘Don’t touch it!’ … I can continue to walk, but I am like, what you know? I won’t continue walking – because God doesn’t want me to do that … so I immediately take action. “

He then added in the interview, “I was thinking, if that was in that situation, how do I want people to treat me? … I’m just happy that the man is still alive, more than anything. To be honest I didn’t see myself as a hero. “

Tony Perry was -Felicited in a local ceremony where he was even given a new Audi A6 car from a local businessman.

According to CBS News, the man fell to the rails after he reportedly incite the battle with other commuters by spitting it. Both of them then continued to fight when they were on the track with the two of them being treated in the hospital. While the man who was attacked suffered burns on his left leg and blisters in his mouth, the man saved by Perry was in a critical condition.
