These are States that have “a seven-day average of new daily cases of at least 07 for 100 000 0 inhabitants ”, except for neighboring Virgine and Maryland.
Florida, California, Texas and Delaware are particularly concerned, the town hall said in a press release.
The order of Democratic Mayor Muriel Bowser applies from Monday to all people who have traveled for “non-essential” reasons, his services said. They will have to stay at their home or hotel and only go out for mandatory medical appointments or to get food.
