Warhammer 40000 Darktide FPS Boost – Settings
The easiest way to improve performance, with these settings we have managed to double the FPS and reach a stable range of between 80 and 100 FPS:
- In the launch menu settings, turn FidelityFX super Resolution 1.0 off.
- Launch the game.
- Simply go into your IN GAME graphics settings and follow these steps exactly.
- Turn FidelityFX super Resolution 2 off.
- Turn FidelityFX super Resolution 1.0 off.
- Hit Escape and return to the main menu.
- Return to the graphics settings menu.
- Turn FidelityFX super Resolution 2 to Balanced.
- Return to the main menu and test.
Warhammer 40000 Darktide FPS Boost – Tips
These tips apply to almost all games, so if you still don’t know them, we recommend them, for Darktide and any other game.
Update Graphics Driver
The official driver release notes from AMD and Nvidia state that both of these well-known makers of graphics cards offer the best support for Warhammer 40000: Darktide. If you’re unsure whether you have the most recent driver, you can either manually download it or use Driver Booster to have the right GPU driver downloaded and installed for your computer.
Use Game Booster
You can benefit from Game Boost, one of Driver Booster’s incredible features, if you have installed and used it. Your overall FPS while playing Warhammer 40000: Darktide will increase as a result of this function.
Disable Steam Overlay
If you have the Steam Overlay enabled and the frame rate suddenly drops while playing Warhammer 40000: Darktide, you can try disabling the Steam Overlay for Warhammer 40000: Darktide. Here’s how you can disable the Steam Overlay:
