Plot: A former basketball legend finds himself back in his hometown with his three best friends. He tries to fight off time, women, and change to keep his group of BFFs together – but nothing lasts forever.

Story: Waiting on the World starts when four best friends, Billy (Henry), Vince (Jacobs), Zack (McCollum) and Nick (Logan) continue to spend time together through adult life. They have hit 27-years-old and now they start to find themselves facing more adult life situations.

As they find their lives going in different directions, they must decide how they are going to keep their friendship together. However, life comes pretty fast and now they need to figure out how life can work out for them.

Verdict on Waiting on the World

Waiting on the World is a comedy following four best friends who see their adult lives changing. As the four start getting more opportunities, they could see their friendships going in very different directions. All leading to see if they can remain friends who don’t spend each day together.

This is a coming-of-age tale for adults, following the four late 20-year-olds learning about new life challenges. It can show us how life is difficult when you need to figure out what can happen next in life. This shows us how life can become difficult and you must figure out your own path. The four guys do have great chemistry and feel like real friends along the way.
