Vivo X60 series launch event is scheduled to be held on March 22 in Malaysia. The X60 series powered by Exynos 1080 chipset is already made its debut in China last year. It is believed that the only difference between the global variant and the Chinese variant of the X60 series is the chipset whereas the other specs could be identical to each other.

Today, The Chinese tech company added a landing page on its Malaysian website which confirmed that the Vivo X60 series is ready to make its debut in the country on March 22. However, there is no confirmation on whether it is a global launch date or just for Malaysia. Further, The company also confirmed that the X60 series will be powered by the Snapdragon 870 chipset rather than its Chinese variants which are equipped with Exynos 1080 SoC.

The Vivo X60 and X60 Pro feature a 6.56-inches AMOLED FHD+ display with 120Hz refresh rate support and top center-positioned punch-hole cutout. Under the hood, Both the phones are powered by the Exynos 1080 chipsets and paired with up to 12GB of RAM + 256GB of storage. The Vivo X60 is equipped with a triple rear camera setup that houses a 48-megapixel (primary) sensor + 13-megapixel (portrait) sensor + 13-megapixel (ultrawide) lens.
The Vivo X60 Pro is equipped with a quad rear camera setup that includes a 50-megapixel (primary) sensor + an 8-megapixel (periscope telephoto) sensor + a 13-megapixel (portrait) sensor + 13-megapixel (ultrawide) sensor. Both the handset comes with a 32-Megapixel front-facing camera shooter. The X60 model packs a 4,300mAh battery, whereas the Pro version has a 4,200mAh battery. Both phones support 33W fast charging and run on OriginOS on top of Android 11 OS.
