Visit Gent, The Ghent tourism office, has launched a fun new tourism campaign. It’s no secret that I feel really lucky to live in such a beautiful city and like to take every opportunity to encourage people to visit it. Therefore, I thought I’d take this opportunity to share some of the funny videos from the new campaign and inform my readers of the opportunity to win a weekend stay in Ghent to experience it all for themselves. (The videos didn’t load? Refresh the page – that usually works for me.)
The steps to enter the contest are really simple. Just watch the videos, like the tourism Facebook page to officially enter, and then share the videos with your friends on Facebook so they can join in, too. The contest is open until November 6th so still plenty of time to enter.
In addition to the contest, Visit Gent encourages all Ghent-lovers to tag their social media related posts with the #visitgent hashtag. If you share your photos of Ghent on Instagram with #visitgent others will have a chance to see them, too! The same goes for media on Facebook, Twitter, and Vine.
