Yesterday ‘5thingstodotoday’ went to the launch of the Franciacorta pop up bar at the 1901 Restaurant & Wine Bar on London’s Liverpool Street.

London’s freshest wine and drinks consultant Christopher Cooper guided us through two separate flights of premium Franciacorta wines. One flight consisted of a Brut, Satén and Zero Dosage and the second flight will consisted of a Brut, Brut Millesimato and a Rosé.
