Plot: When a salvage crew get wind of an abandoned military ship they go to investigate. Captain Everton (Sutherland) and his crew including Foster (Curtis), Baker (Baldwin) discovers that something happened but they don’t know what. When their ship gets destroyed in an ‘accident’ they have to try and turn the ship back into working order but find out that something is on the ship.
Verdict: A dull action thriller
Story: Nothing original gets bought up here in the story which is the usual argumentative group of workers whose greed divides them, but in the end work together to conquer a form of evil they have never seen before. (5/10)
Actor Review: Jamie Lee Curtis – Foster one of the crew of the salvage team who stands up against the greedy captain. You would expect a lot better from Jamie Lee as she became a scream queen icon and also became a credible supporting actress in action films, what happened here? (6/10)
Actor Review: William Baldwin – Steve the good guy on the ship who always survives and makes the right decision. It is always going to be hard to make an impact on the same level as your brother and William shows he is not on the same level as Alec and struggles to keep up with Adam and Stephen too. (6/10)
Actor Review: Donald Sutherland – Captain Robert Everton greedy captain who wants the ship as he knows how much it is worth and will give up even human life for his wealth. Donald is meant to be one acting icon but he does end up taking some awful roles this is one that you can see his pockets filling as the film roles on. Pay Check Performance Award (4/10)
Actor Review: Joanna Pacula – Nadia only survivor on the ship and only one who knows what is going on but no one believes her. Good supporting role the only actor who shows any skills as she is trying to make a name for herself. (7/10)
Director Review: John Bruno – This amateur director struggles to create any real atmosphere in the film. (6/10)
Action: A few action scenes but nothing ground breaking. (6/10)
Horror: Not very scary compared to other abandoned ship films (5/10)
Sci-Fi: The idea comes from space but that is as far as this goes.(4/10)
Thriller: Not very edge of the seat at all. (4/10)
Special Effects: Some average special effects in making the creatures cyborgs. (7/10)
Believability: Potentially as anything could come from space but this is a little bit farfetched to say the least. (3/10)

Settings: An abandoned ship in the middle of the ocean makes a good setting for this horror thriller (9/10)
Suggestion: This is one that should only be watch if it is on television and no one should go out their way to watch this. It offers nothing new to the genre and if you want a mysterious abandoned ship there are some much more entertaining ones out there. (Late Night TV)
Worst Part: A cheap last jump scare that doesn’t come off.
