The Senate Finance committee has killed Senator Black’s lifetime CHP bill, SB 689.
The Senate Finance committee also killed Senator Favola’s bill to take away gun rights for certain misdemeanors, SB 943. Senator Favola has vowed to bring up her bill on the Floor of the Senate and attempt to get funding for it there, so we will have to keep an eye on it for the the next few days.
