Vinyl of the Day - Kid Dynamite - S/T
Nifty little oddball rarity, Kid Dynamite self-titled (and possibly only) release 1976 on Cream Records.

New project created by Dick Thompson and John King after leaving the Steve Miller Band to play a fuzzy version of R&B/Blues rock.

Definite contender (along with Meatloaf's Bat Out Of Hell) for most misplaced looking cover image as the raw, but rather smooth bluesy vibe of the band has nothing whatsoever to be represented by a helmeted Sci-fi warrior, brandishing a bloody axe, standing over the corpses of his fallen enemies.

Still, a fun album to grab.
