Vintage Inspired Feather Fascinator

NEW at FancieStrands is a single white feather flower that I embellished with rhinestones, swarovski crystals and pearls. I also added a 3 strand vintage rhinestone earring that dangles gracefully just below the base of the flower. My baby girl is the beautiful model! Have a wonderful weekend.
