Another great drive out with Diane and Nigel and this time we were heading to  Chateau de Puyguilhem

before we found the Chateau we found  Villars Abbaye de Boschaud The Abbey of Our Lady of Boschaud (Bosco Cavo "hollow wood")is a former abbey Cistercian, founded in the 12th centuryby the monks of the Abbey of Notre-Dame-de-Re. 









 Amazing that it is still standing, a very interesting find.
