Tamar Braxton is featured on Sunday’s episode of TV One’s new show Uncensored.

In a clip the network released Saturday morning, Tamar talks about being disciplined around fasting and praying, while her sisters and mother give us a look into how the singer’s faith has shaped her life, and helps her in troubling times.

“Every Saturday I remember waking up wanting some cereal, but we couldn’t, we had to fast, we had to be disciplined, and we had to pray,” the Blue Bird of Happiness singer shares.

Tamar continues,

“My parents were sticklers about faith and sticking to our values.”
