True Blood Season 5 had a first recently with Stephen Moyer (Bill Compton) taking a turn on the other side of the camera. Moyer directed the episode “Somebody That I Used to Know” and he spoke to MTV about what his favorite parts were, and what he really enjoyed about the directors job. Interesting fact – it took 19 days to shoot that episode! Moyer says that out of the 19 days there was only one where things didn’t quite go as planned. Not bad for a first timer. He also says that his two favorite parts involved the scene where Luna (Janina Gavankar) shifted into Sam (Sam Trammell), and the scene where Godric (Allan Hyde) visited Eric (Alexander Skarsgard).
