Michael McMillian (Steve Newlin) seems to be a jack of all trades! In addition to being a talented actor and comic book writer, he can now add film maker to the list. McMillian made a short film called Charlie 13 about a boy named Charlie who lives in a world where one gets microchipped when they turn 13. But Charlie isn’t buying it. Watch the trailer below!
