Kendrick Lamar has been pretty quiet following the critically-acclaimed “Good Kid: M.a.d.d. City” label-debut album. He set the rap game in a frenzy following his “Control” verse, but hasn’t publicly weighed in too much. Kube 93 radio station caught up with Kendrick for a brief interview where the rapper confirms
he is working on his sophomore LP, alongside Dr. Dre. He then comments on Troy Ave calling him a “weirdo” rapper, and Lupe Fiasco disputing Kendrick as the best lyricist in the game. No word on a release date or album name, but stay tune for more details. Enjoy the interview below:
