True Blood is this dark and sexy show about vampires, werewolves, fairies and more. So if you were auditioning for it, maybe a dark and minimally lighted place might be appropriate for your audition tape? Well if you’re shooting it in your family’s basement it might not be. This is exactly what happened to Jurnee Smollett (Nicole Wright formerly Jannssen) when she got a call that producers were interested in seeing her for a part.
