WASHINGTON, DC: Fear and chaos on Jalan Washington, DC where a shooting reportedly killed a teenager and several others, including a police officer, who was injured, was arrested in a video.
The clip was posted on Twitter by the National Fraternal Order of Police, a police union in the US. Starting on a crowded road where some police vehicles and uniformed men were visible.
Then four shots were heard and people were seen running to be filled with panic.
The video then shows the angle where police officers seem to monitor their injured colleagues.
Three Civilians – Two adults and one teenager – were shot. One police officer was also shot. Police officers and two victims recovered in a hospital. One victim, teenager, seems to have died at this time,” metropolitan police metropolitan head of the Robert Department J Contee said in a briefing.
The shooting occurred during Moechella, described as the “Advocacy Festival that strengthened the Washington DC culture”, Fox News reported.
After the repeated arms violence incident in the US, President Joe Biden said that the country needed to have a harder regulation to have weapons to protect children and families.
