Columbus Short discussed being fired from Scandal and being addicted to drugs on the Wendy Williams show today. Watch
Short who was on the show to promote his latest movie “True To The Game” with Vivica A. Fox, walked out with a bouquet of flowers for Wendy for her birthday. The talk show host, who turned 53 on yesterday, thanked Short for the flowers, and then asked what happened, why did he get fired from Scandal after 3 seasons.
The actor shared how during that time in his life he was in a toxic marriage, and even admitted to doing drugs, and alcohol. Short made it clear that even though it’s true that he abused drugs, he did not abuse women.
If you recall, Short’s ex wife, Karin Short was granted a temporary restraining order against him a couple years back, and the actor was ordered to move out of their home, after she filed court documents claiming the actor would terrorize her after being drunk.
