Thornton Hough has got to my favorite ever picturesque villages in the UK. It has a special place in my heart as the night before our very own Wirral wedding (at the Hillbark Hotel) we spent the evening in the Seven Stars pub with our nearest and dearest. Vicky and Gareth obviously love the area too as they chose to get married in the gorgeous St Georges Church over the road from the Seven Stars-Gareth even managed to get the pub to open early so he could enjoy a drink before the church ceremony! We then went on to celebrate at Soughton Hall, a stunning country house estate with some amazing gardens for everyone to enjoy. If the wedding wasn’t amazing enough we got to capture the day with our favorite photographers, Evie and Jamie at Chapter Photography.

This wedding will win you all over straight away. A gorgeous couple, amazing wedding dress, a cute puppy with flowers round her neck, a stunning country estate reception venue…what’s not to love? Gareth was on form in the morning and was speechless when he opened his wedding gift from his wife to be, Vicky. Over at the Bride’s we got to enjoy all the wonderful girlyness what comes with bridal prep! Plenty of makeup tips, champagne and giggles!
The ceremony was just gorgeous. The groom looked very handsome in his kilt at the top of the aisle and waited patiently for his bride. When Vicky walked down the aisle all I could see was beaming faces as she really did light up the church, she looked stunning!
