Although the Complainant is not listed, the most likely suspect is The League of United Latin American Citizens, which was established in 1929 and operates under the domain names Lulac.org and Lulac.net
As for Lulac.com that domain name goes to a parked page where it returns a lot of links containing the world ‘Hispanic”
Vertical Axis has owned the domain name since at least 2005 and maybe since the original registration date of 2001.
