Van Gogh: The Immersive Exhibition

The husband was very interested lately in the art and history of Van Gogh. So when the exhibition came to town, I knew we had to go for a visit. Initially, it was a date. But somehow, we decided to go as a family. It wasn't entirely a bad idea. An offpeak adult ticket set us back around $26. The 2 kids entered free. So, effectively the $/person greatly decreased.

No regrets growing because the whole exhibition was gorgeous. The exhibition is not huge but the immersive room could keep you in at least for half an hour to an hour. I thought the baby would be terrified of the dark and contrasting pictures but in fact the 2 thoroughly enjoyed themselves. They must have more ability to enjoy the arts than I thought.

The only cons were the many stairs and we had to carry our stroller up and down the stairs - DEAD! There were also lotsa influencers wannabe hogging the stairs and areas. But...because of these "photo enthusiasts", we managed to get quite a number of nice family photos which would not have been possible without them.

The food served at their cafe was also relatively affordable (Sentosa is finally sensible and charging mainstream). Overall, we had a good time. Would really recommend couples, and even families (with young kids) like us to go for it. A feast for your eyes and your camera. Not posting as much photos here because I took more videos instead this time round haha.
