The season of love is almost here and what better way to indulge, than in some great mouth watering savouries from The Bao Haus Co.
Chef Siddharth Somaiya, owner and chef of Bao Haus Co., is introducing a very special, limited edition, Duck bao duo for this Valentine’s Day, for all you love-birds out there. Made using Confit duck legs, the bao-duo is a match made in heaven. Melt-in-your-mouth shredded duck in dobo with compressed pineapple in a mixture of vodka, red chilli and tarragon make the first of these gourmet baos. Perfectly complementing this, are the flavours of the second bao. Stuffed with a duck breast patty, blue cheese and red wine mushrooms, it’s nothing like any bao you have ever tasted before.
