Prepping for a date is always the fun part every Valentine's Day; it is after all, the day when you can totally glam up and dress to impress. We don't want to disappoint our date during V day, don't we?
With these date night makeup must-haves, you can totally step up your makeup game. Take note though that the makeup product's I'm going to suggest here are for those who prefer simple yet glam makeup look. Shall we start?
I am totally in love with these lip tints. If you're someone who's not that comfortable wearing the classic red lipstick, you can opt to any of these three. With Me Signal Velvet Lip Master has a brick brown shade that is not too dark that complements morena skin. Colourette Colourtint in Naomi is a bright pink shade that looks natural and creates a sweet rosy look. While Missha Wish Stone Tint Velvet in Cute Reddish Orange is a cute reddish coral shade that looks playful, fresh, and youthful. Just remember to always prep your lips before your date; I always recommend EOS Lip Balm to keep your lips luscious and definitely kiss-ready.
Silkygirl Shimmer Duo Blusher
This blusher is perfect for touch ups anytime anywhere as it comes with a small brush allowing you to re-apply when time calls for it. It doesn't have a built-in mirror though so you better bring one along during your date. To tell you the truth, this blusher is not that pigmented, you need to build up the color until you achieve the color that you want. Still, something light can be a good thing for a quick touch ups as it you don't really have to spend so much time blending it in. I recommend the Sunny Glow shade if you want to rock a feminine-innocent look.
J.Cat Rock 'N' Glitz Liquid Liner
A good ol' winged eyeliner can make any look dressier. Use this liquid liner in defining your eyes and make it pop. Make your eyes the center of attention with an attention-grabbing winged-eye look. Pair with a pink or coral eyeshadow shade and you're up for an adorable date look. Also, this liquid liner is so black that one swipe is enough to create a dramatic look. Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Concealer
Cover up the signs of those sleepless nights with this concealer. For an innocent look, I prefer to only use a concealer as it appears to look more natural. It does not cake and can make your dark circles go away instantly. The finish is medium to heavy but with a very lightweight feel. It can stay for as long as 10 hours before needing a touch up. But the best thing this concealer has is that it promises to treat your dark circles. Although I can't vouch for that claim, a girl can hope, right?
