Uyyala Jampala, a small film that is about to release for Christmas all over has completed few preview shows to industry people. Here is an exclusive report from one such show.

Uyyala Jampala is a rare film in Telugu film industry that we don’t see often these days. It’s a film set in village nativity and shot in village completely without an ounce of artificiality. It narrates its story in true indie movie fashion without having any artificiality in its proceedings or any tackiness. Needless to say therefore debut director Ram Mohan scores the brownie points for the way the final film has shaped up. He has managed his resources extremely well and created a product that the entire industry can be proud of. No flashiness, no showing off, simple narration of a story that connects straight to the heart, that’s Uyyala Jampala for you.

Don’t miss the film when it hits the screens on December 25 for Christmas. It is small films like these that need our encouragement, the most. No wonder big production houses are backing this small venture. Now it’s your turn.
