Global travel has increased: the number of international tourists became 1,400 million people in 2018. This is a 6% increase over 2017. Many people see travel as a way to relieve stress, it turns out that Reality shows you otherwise. And so, at the end of the speech they end up more stressed than when they started.
What can be done ?. Travel stress is a sensation of mental tension and pressure directly related to travel or planning.
The stress of planning, air travel, safety concerns, financial concerns or unrealistic expectations can cause some people to have a very negative vacation. Consult the US Department State Travel Advisory.
There are simple things you can do to nullify or lessen this stress and make sure you can enjoy your vacation.
The most common stressful travel experience was related to pre-trip problems and planning. These include packing, concerns about finances, making travel arrangements and deciding on an itinerary. It also includes false, outdated or erroneous information about the places of destination:
An example of outdated information: Paris and France
in particular, is a very common destination for citizens of the United States. But it turns out that the riots in that country have increased in recent weeks. Moreover, in the last days massive strikes have left all of France without trains, buses and airplanes. And to Paris without public transport. It is an advantage to know the particularities of the place where you are going to visit to take precautions.
Level of Risks - US Department State Travel Advisory
The US Department of State, is responsible for preparing warnings of different kinds for travelers visiting countries other than the United States. Here the detail
On January 10, 2018, the State Department presented a series of improvements to the way we transmit information to American travelers. These improvements will provide U.S. citizens with security information in a clear, timely and reliable manner throughout the world. Under the new system, Travel Recommendations will be provided for all countries, with levels of recommendations ranging from 1 to 4:
This is the lowest recommendation level for safety risks. All international trips involve a certain risk. In other countries, conditions may differ from those in the United States and change at any time.
The existence of greater risks to safety and protection must be considered. The State Department provides additional recommendations to travelers in these areas through the Travel Recommendations. In all countries, conditions may vary at any time.
Travel should be avoided due to serious safety and security risks. The State Department provides additional recommendations to travelers in these areas, through the Travel Recommendations. In all countries, conditions may vary at any time.
This is the highest level of recommendation due to the greater likelihood of life risks. During an emergency, the United States government may have a very limited ability to provide assistance. The State Department advises US citizens not to travel to the country or to leave there as soon as it is safe. The State Department provides additional recommendations to travelers in these areas through the Travel Recommendations. In all countries, conditions may vary at any time.
Travel Recommendations for each country replace the previous Travel Warnings and Travel Alerts. While we will issue a general level of Travel Recommendations for each country, the levels of recommendations may vary in certain places or areas within a country. For example, we may advise US citizens to "Take greater precautions" (Level 2) in one country, but "Reconsider the decision to travel" (Level 3) to a specific area within that same country.
Our detailed Travel Recommendations
will also provide clear reasons for the assigned level, using established risk indicators, and provide specific advice to US citizens who choose to travel to those places:

U - Social conflict: There is political, economic, religious and / or ethnic instability that could cause violence, major disturbances and / or security risks.

Embassies and consulates of the United States:
