Unlock the secrets of authentic Indian gravies the way they’ve been prepared in Indian homes for hundreds of years. Expect to be dazzled by the variety of flavors and spices from India’s varied regions where the flavors are dictated not only by geography & climate but by deep rooted diversity of culture.

We will delve into the gravies from North India known for its ‘kadhai’ cooking to the Telicherry pepper gravies from the Malabar coast in Southern India, not forgetting the classic Bengali gravies of  Eastern India where seafood isn’t a food group - it’s a religion. Last but not least, no conversation on Indian curries can be complete without savoring the spicy & tangy flavors of Goan cooking from Western India.

The class will provide you with recipes to take with & foods prepared in the class will be shared by all.
