Apparently I have been flamed on Instag Story by this florist. Since I have already taken the photos, I will just post it up. Support them if you want cos their flowers are nice and gorgeous, just that I don't understand why I have been piled with their mean words since their posts are scheduled today! (T.T)
I decided to still responsibly post today (though a short one) cos it is too fake for me to stay neutral about something that upset me. And will take it down within a day. (LOL!) Cos bad press is never good for anyone. (Although so far the poor customer service companies I have worked with all closed down without me posting negative stuff.) I am responsible and professional. But I will not further comment or respond to any of their emails/ social media contacts after this post. (So that they can't leach and get some fame from this!)
And to other companies out there, I think you should always try to mediate the situation first instead of aggressively attacking parties on social media. Will post another item up today to compensate you readers!
