Plot of Under Paris 1

The movie revolves around a giant sharp named Lilith. Sophia, whose husband, Chris, died while doing his job as a marine researcher. Sophia, along with Chris and his team, went for an underwater research. When Chris headed toward the shark to take a blood sample, the sharks grew aggressive and hunted Chris and his team, including Sam, Juan, and Tom. 

After 3 years, while Sophia was working at an aquarium in Paris, Mika and Ben, an environmentalist, informed her that Lilith’s tracking beacon was still active. After they found a dead man, Adil, the police diver, assigned Sophia to help him find and kill the enormous shark, Lilith.

Sophia and Adil pleaded with the Mayor of Paris to postpone the annual triathlon (water sports game), but he refused, saying they had already spent a lot of money on the preparations and that the sport is important for attracting global attention.

After researching juvenile dead sharks, they discovered that Lilith and other female sharks had mutated and became pregnant through parthenogenesis. The research team concluded that if they do not catch Lilith and she continues giving birth to more mutated offspring, it could become dangerous for humankind.

To save herself from the allegation, the Mayor ordered to kill the Shark, which resulted in a huge Tsunami destroying several bridges and flooding Paris. Sophia and Adil saved their lives by climbing onto the roof of a building. While Lilith and the remaining sharks went back into the river of the major cities.
