Posted on the 05 September 2019 by Jitender Sharma

From the updates, we got to know that the US has backed India's move. To declare Jaish-e-Mohammed and Lashkar-e-Taiba and 2 others as terrorists individually under a new anti-terror law.

Mazzod Azhar, Hafiz Saeed, Zaki-ur-Rehman and Dawood Ibrahim were declared terrorists on Wednesday. According to the new anti-terror law, these three are considered terrorists individually by the government.

The US said that we stand with India and commend it for utilizing the new legal authorities. They said India to designate these 4 people as notorious terrorists. Therefore, this new law expands possibilities for joint US and India to combat courage of terrorism. Under the UAPA Act, 1967 Union Home Ministry made an announcement for all this. They said all these four are involved in terrorist attacks in India and should be designated as global terrorists.

Therefore, the Central Government believes that Masood Azhar is to be notified as terrorist because of his Acts. This is a notification given by the home ministry.

They quoted that "Terrorism has no religion, it is against humanity." Therefore, Amit Shah said that all should support stringent laws against this. He added that under this new bill, the government has the rights to easily impose a travel ban. This travel ban can easily be imposed on the people designated as terrorists.

This law is in conformity with United Nations conventions as well as the International Standards. For more updates, stay in tune with TheNextHint.
