The NY Post says a Houston man led police on a 20-mile high-speed chase through the city…before finally getting stopped by spike strips and giving cops a little show before being taken in.
He wouldn’t stop all his hip-shaking and gyrating…and then he allegedly tried to run, so cops called the dog on him.
