Ukraine is Not Taking Responsibility for Crimea Explosions: Prez Zelensky Aide

Ukraine was not responsible for the explosion at the Russian Air Base in Crimea on Tuesday, an advisor to President Volodymyr Zelensky said, suggested that partisan might be involved.

Mykhailo Podolyak, asked by Dozhd’s online television channel whether Kyiv is responsible, answering: Of course not. What does that have to do with this?”
